There is a wish of good fortune and good luck!

With Tortoises and they live a very long life.

There is also a pond where two 

tortoises live today.. to bring good luck!

Hurray we are back and ready to blog with everyone wanting to follow our travel adventure.

November 15, 2012. Here we are luggage in tow heading for the subway station to catch an express train to the airport for $4.00 each. (Transportation in Beijing is very inexpensive) Were leaving Beijing and heading for Bangkok Thailand.

Sorry we could not access our blog in China. Unbeknown to us the China Government blocks the World Wide Web (www). Facebook, Utube, Twitter and Blogs just to mention a few.

While checking in with Air China we had an awesome surprise. The clerk mentioned they have a  full flight today and I'll move you up to business class. Wow what a great gift to us as Ernie was traveling with a cold and it was nice to get pampered. We left the cold air of China behind and walked into the pleasent humind temperature of +30. The warm air wraped around our bodies which gave us big smiles! The hotel was excellent and we were able to have a pool day to rest and let Ernie get over that dreaded cold that I forgot to mention he from me oops!!!

Welcome to Bangkok, Thailand November 15, 2012. Bill had a bad cold and was down for two days. We may have mixed up some of the Temples but you get the idea. Below is the world famous

As you can see Ernie just fell in love with the Elephant and couldn't wait to feed him.

November 21, 2012 were flying to Hanoi, Vietnam which is the capital of the country with approximately 7million people and 4 million motorcycles (moped's) and all of the horns work lol.

Were in Kelowna BC Canada. Which is nestled up beside Lake Okanagan. Where the legendary Lake Monster "Ogopogo" lives. The lake is massive in size 80 miles long and 2.2 miles wide with depths estimated at 1000 feet. 

The pictures with Ernie and I are close to City Park in Kelowna near the lake where people dock their boats in the summer time out side of their villa or condo.... similar to the life styles of the rich and famous. It is a spectacular sight to see in the the summer...or perhaps am biased because I love water skiing. 

The sunset picture is from our friends home Cathy and Richard. Who have a fantastic view of the lake.

The count down is now on as we leave early Wednesday morning for Beijing China. Our next blog will be from China. We're at Buntzen Lake, which is a off leash dog park here in Vancouver. Our dogs loved socializing with the other dogs.

Did you guess which kayak capsized? Neither of us went over-board. Lol

These first few pages are a trial run before we leave Canada.
Were still going to the Apple Store for training.

Here Ernie, Harley, Charlie and I are ready to leave for Osoyoos BC Canada. September 30 2012.

We drove on Highway 3 through Chain Lakes and headed for Creston BC for our first night.

In the morning we continued to Osoyoos BC to spend three days with our friends Kim and David.

Bill and I are in Vancouver right now, we got here on the 4th of October and will be here until the 10th of October. We then will be heading to Kelowna. Loving it here, the weather has be great. 

The dog's are also loving the big open dog parks. We are staying with friends that live close to a lake, this lake has a fenced the is secure right down to the lake. very cool.
